Role And Responsibilities
• Perform the full lifecycle product development, including design, development, prototyping, manufacturing, and implementation.
• Design systems and components that meet specific needs and requirements.
• Produce outline designs and conduct methodical experiments to test prototypes and analyze data.
• Test and evaluate theoretical designs to ensure their effectiveness and performance.
• Identify and formulate solutions to emerging problems.
• Evaluate the overall performance, reliability, and safety of final products.
• Modify and alter designs to meet requirements and eliminate malfunctions.
• Estimate project budget and scope.
• Gather observations from operators and prepare product reports and documentation.
• Engage in lifelong learning and continuously develop new theories and methods.
Candidate Qualifications
• Proven working experience in mechanical engineering.
• Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAM) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAE).
• Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or others).
• Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar).
