Job Responsibilities
• Engage and qualify the assigned leads via LinkedIn, email or cold calling
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Set up and schedule discovery calls/demos with CXOs and key decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and webinars to build connections and generate leads.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets (or meeting targets?)
Requirements
• Prior experience in IT services or SaaS product sales.
• Basic familiarity with the legal technology space.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently hit set KPIs
• Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

We are seeking a Fresh Advocate with a strong interest in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, and related litigation to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will assist in preparing and filing applications under Sections 7, +, 10, +5, and +7 of the IBC.
Draft legal pleadings, affidavits, and rejoinders for matters before NCLT and NCLAT.
Conduct legal research on case laws, regulations, and judicial precedents under IBC.
Attend court proceedings and assist in briefing senior advocates.
Coordinate with Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, and stakeholders involved in CIRP and liquidation processes.
Maintain case records, cause lists, and hearing schedules.
Key Responsibilities

• Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced legal environment.
