French Teachers
Renert School, located in Royal Oak NW, is one of Calgary's leading private schools. We employ only exceptional educators who are focused on delivering transformative education for their students.
We are looking for dedicated French Instructors to teach Introductory French to students at all levels. We have openings for elementary (Grades K-6) and high school French (grades 7-12).
Classes run September to June in person at Renert School. Expected class size is 16 students. The time commitment can range from 8 to 15 instructional hours per week.
Qualifications:
1) Must be fluent in French. If you teach high school, we prepare students for the DELF B2 level.
2) Have past experience in teaching French.
3) Passionate about French and its instruction. Is able to excite students about second-language learning.
4) Alberta teaching certificate (preferred).
5) Must live in Calgary and be within commuting distance to the school. Since you'll be at the school 2-5 days a week, travel should be convenient.
