Job Description Responsibilities :
Communicating with US customers carriers
Generating leads retaining old customers
Develop sales pipeline of shippers
Providing shipping quotes to customers.
Booking loads/shipments with carriers.
Tracking status of loads/shipments
Collaborating with shippers carriers to manage scheduled Pickups and drop-offs.
Maintaining accurate records of relevant activities.
Providing proper updates to customers carriers on status of shipments and assisting with other inquiries.
Maintaining current knowledge of market trends in transportation marketplace.
