Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on fractional Marketing Content Campaign Lead (15-20 hours/week) to initiate and manage the planning and day-to-day execution of our marketing initiatives. This role combines strong writing and campaign management skills with light design responsibilities and will be supported by freelance design resources for higher-production needs.

You will develop and manage the marketing calendar and be responsible for developing and deploying content across social media, email and event channels. This includes writing and producing light visuals, coordinating promotional efforts and supporting lead generation and sales enablement activities. You’ll work closely with the fractional CMO to align on strategy and ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Content Calendar Management: Develop and manage the monthly marketing calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, email, newsletter, and website updates.
Content Creation: Draft and publish short-form content (LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, social captions, event descriptions) in a tone that resonates with senior executives. Create light visual assets (e.g., Canva graphics, email visuals, simple social images) to support content plan.
Event Promotion: Coordinate marketing content and work with chief of staff on event logistics and implementation for webinars, workshops, and speaking engagements including invite copy, landing pages, RSVPs, and follow-ups.
CRM Email Marketing: Manage and segment lists in Kajabi and Pipedrive; build and deploy email campaigns, including a recurring high-value newsletter, and track engagement performance.
Sales Material Support: Collaborate with designers to update decks, brochures, speaker kits, and other enablement tools. Partner with sales lead to draft content and provide creative direction.
Project Management Coordination: Oversee timelines and deliverables, working cross-functionally and managing freelancer relationships including sourcing, briefing and reviewing creative work.
Analytics Optimization: Track and report performance (social, email, event metrics); interpret results and make recommendations to improve future efforts.
