Position Details
Nason Contracting Group Ltd. is currently seeking Carpenter with footings pad work, formwork, wet finishing, and vibrating experience for work at various projects in Calgary, AB
Schedule Rotation: Monday - Friday
Benefits and RRSP Provided As Per Collective Agreement
What You Will Be Working On
Execute precise footings and pad work for building foundations, ensuring all specifications are met.
Set up, align, and dismantle formwork systems for concrete pours.
Perform wet finishing to achieve smooth, high-quality surfaces.
Operate concrete vibrators to consolidate concrete and eliminate voids.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and maintain quality control.
Maintain tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
What We Are Looking For
Applicants with formwork experience will only be considered
CSTS 2020
WHMIS 2015
Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
The ability to lift, carry and handle weight up to 50lbs
Must have at least 2 years of commercial experience
Must be organized, self-driven, and have ability to understand and execute oral and written instructions
