Jeffery Construction are looking for a talented Site Manager with great people and communication skills to join our team.
Role overview:
Varied and busy, exciting residential commercial projects throughout central Auckland and potentially a little further North.
Opportunities for growth and development using project management and costing systems along with necessary support
Client and designer facing, building relationships in the industry
Reporting directly to company director and CFO
Competitive salary, and fuel, vehicle, laptop, phone
Quarterly social club
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 10 years carpentry experience.
A minimum of 3 years site management experience.
NZQA trade qualified in carpentry.
Current LBP.
A commitment to being reliable and well presented.
A full NZ drivers license.
Strong computer, verbal, and written communication skills
The ability to lead a team
The legal right to work in NZ
