Installation: Oversee and participate in the installation of epoxy flooring, including surface preparation, application, and finishing
Ensure that all installations meet or exceed industry standards
Floor Polishing: Supervise and perform floor polishing tasks, ensuring a high-quality finish and adherence to client specifications
Quality Control: Conduct inspections to ensure that all work meets company standards and client expectations
Address any issues or defects promptly
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices on job sites to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
