Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and guest-focused Front of House Server to join our café team. As the face of Fiori, you’ll be responsible for creating warm, welcoming guest experiences while assisting in day-to-day café operations. You'll be key to maintaining our high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Guide customers through the menu and make thoughtful suggestions
• Serve food and beverages with accuracy, warmth, and efficiency
• Manage orders through the POS system and coordinate with the kitchen and barista team
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the café floor, tables, and FOH areasHandle customer feedback or concerns gracefully and escalate when needed
• Assist with opening/closing duties as required
• Maintain Fiori’s standards of hygiene, sustainability, and guest service at all times
What We’re Looking For
• 0–2 years of experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting
• A people-person with excellent communication skills and a warm personality
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food, desserts, coffee, and beverages (bonus if you’re a foodie!)
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
• Comfortable with digital systems (POS, paperless operations)
• Passion for sustainability, local ingredients, and mindful hospitality
