Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Anticipate and fulfill the needs of the Founder and high-profile guests with a focus on detail and personalized service.
• Serve meals, snacks, and beverages in a refined, attentive manner that aligns with high standards of presentation and etiquette.
• Set and clear tables with precision and attention to detail, following fine dining standards.
• Provide full meal service, from plating dishes to pouring drinks, ensuring each experience is tailored to guests’ preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of beverages, including pairings, mixology, and proper serving techniques.
• Support the pantry staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses.
• Make required adjustments as needed and relay that information to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure each course is cleared and tables are properly crumbed.
• Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed.
• Monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas. Read more
