Job Description

The Role:
As Food Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including our Atlas restaurant, Clarkes bar, room service, and conferencing facilities. You’ll lead by example, inspiring the team to deliver memorable dining experiences while driving revenue and maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all FB operations across both hotels

Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team

Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through exceptional service

Develop innovative promotions and menu offerings in collaboration with the kitchen team

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations

Train, and develop FB staff to foster a positive workplace culture


Qualifications

About You:

Previous experience in a similar leadership role within hospitality

Strong operational knowledge of food and beverage service

Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills

A hands-on approach with a focus on guest satisfaction

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Passion for hospitality and delivering a memorable guest experience

LCQ and Manager’s Certificate (or the ability to obtain)
