· Thursday to Sunday: 10am – 8pm, additional hours if needed

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Food Beverage Service Leader to join our team for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate will lead our service staff, ensuring top-notch hospitality and service for our guests. This role requires a dynamic individual who is confident in discussing our menu offerings and passionate about creating delightful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to service staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Guest Hospitality: Deliver high-quality hospitality and service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Menu Knowledge: Confidently speak about our menu and offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
Quality Control: Oversee the quality and consistency of beverages and desserts, maintaining high standards for all food and beverage served to guests.
Customer Experience: Focus on enhancing the overall customer experience through excellent communication and interaction.
Guest Interaction: Enjoy mixing and mingling with guests, sharing knowledge about food and ingredients.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of hospitality practices and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and staff alike.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Enthusiastic about food, beverages, and engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $17.00-$1+.00 per hour
