Key responsibilities
FB Setup and Service:
Coordinate and oversee the setup of FB areas including dining rooms, bars, and lounges.
Supervise FB service staff to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Maintain quality control over food and beverage presentation and service.
FB Clearance and Upkeep:
Manage the efficient clearance of tables and dining areas after service.
Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of all FB areas including dining rooms, service stations, and storage areas.
Guest Relations and Data Management:
Maintain guest data and preferences to enhance personalized service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Billing and Room Service:
Oversee accurate billing processes and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
Coordinate room service operations and ensure seamless delivery of FB offerings to guest rooms.
Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, ensuring efficient flow of FB orders and maintaining quality standards.
Reporting and Inventory Management:
Prepare daily reports on FB operations including sales, expenses, and guest feedback.
Manage inventory levels and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure adequate supply.
Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in FB management or a related field.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Proficiency in FB management software and MS Office Suite.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
