Key Responsibilities :
· Responsible for Recruitment Co-ordination, Crew Documentation
· Supervising and Monitoring the Recruitment and Placement of Indian Seafarer/Sea Staff onboard vessel.
· Coordinating with the Operation Manager and OIM on day-to-day operational activities.
· Maintenance of Seafarer / Sea Staff records.
· Ensure timely completion of timesheet, contract renewals as per the timelines.
· Formulate, Execute, and administer policies and strategy relating to crewing.
· Ensure that the crew are qualified i.e. meet the Company and flag state requirement with regards to crew requirements.
· Support Corporate HR with crew details for Insurance and payroll.
· Manage the travel arrangement for Sign off/Sign on crew and training.
· Ensure full and final settlement is done for all exiting employees.
· Ensure training compliance for all crew.
· Maintaining training records in the office.
· Monitoring manning activities to ensure compliance to the administrative requirement of the vessel.
· Ensure completion of all regulatory requirements
· Liaise with client for crew movement / approvals as required.
· Cost optimization for crew logistics
· Crew mobilization and demobilization
· Maintaining records of travel documents, medical examination from crew members.
· Training coordination
· Compliance to RPSL and DGS documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
