Job Opening: US-Based First Party Collections Process(Bread)

Salary- Based on last drawn

Max slab goes up to 32k

Variable Incentive- 3k = 2k+1k (Perfomance+Attendance)

*Work Schedule:*

- Shift Timing: 5:30 PM - 10:30 AM (rotational 9-hour shift)

- Week Off: 2 rotational offs

*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct soft collections via calls to resolve outstanding balances

* Provide exceptional customer service adhering to company policies

* Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining quality standards

*Eligibility*

* HSC/Grad freshers and above can apply, BPO experience preferred, SSC with 1 year of BPO exp can also apply

* Excellent English communication skills

* Ability to manage stress in a challenging environment

* Age: Up to 39 years

* Address: Within transport boundary

* No leaves allowed during probation (first 6 months)

* No ongoing education or plans to study while employed with Epicenter
