Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to make an impact in a fast-paced and collaborative environment? Stonegate Group is looking for a Financial Processing Assistant to join our dedicated team supporting our Leased Tenanted division, as well as our Craft Union gaming operations.
Working within a close-knit team of six and reporting to the Financial Processing Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing a high volume of financial transactions while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with Group policies.
What you’ll be doing:
Raising and reconciling invoices for rent, trade, and sundry charges
Processing various financial transactions in line with internal controls
Administering product and pricing updates
Setting up and maintaining vendor records
Supporting ad-hoc finance projects
Reconciling gaming machine income and producing monthly reports
Managing sundry debtor invoicing and chasing outstanding payments
Gaming responsibilities include:
Monthly download and reconciliation of machine income reports
Investigation and resolution of anomalies
Posting journals as needed
What we’re looking for:
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
A detail-oriented mindset with excellent accuracy
Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing deadlines
A team player who’s also comfortable working independently
Confident communicator, especially over the phone
Experience with Navision is a plus, but not essential
A proactive approach to delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
