Your role:
Deliver high-quality financial planning services to clients

Collaborate with our strategic partners wealth management firms

Assist in sourcing client opportunities and manage client relationships.

Develop and foster referral source relationships

Assist clients with their life insurance needs and work with brokers to place policies.

Service high net-worth Family Office clients.

Actively mentor and coach staff, fostering their professional growth and development.

What you bring to the table:
CFP and LLQP holder for at least 5 years

5+ years life insurance experience

Experience in a client-facing role at a bank or wealth management firm would be ideal

Experience developing financial plans and strong knowledge of life insurance products

Proven ability to develop business with an existing network of clients and/or referral sources.

Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)

Job type:
Permanent, Full-time

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 per annum
In addition to a competitive base salary, this role offers a performance-based commission structure and referral fee incentives. These additional earnings recognize your contributions to business development and client growth, providing significant upside potential for high performers.
