Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights into the safeguarding function and treasury performance.
Analyze financial data to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with safeguarding and treasury operations.
Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to ensure effective risk management practices are implemented.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CA, ACCA) preferred.
Minimum of 8 years experience in finance management within the financial services sector, preferably in e-money or fintech.
Proven experience overseeing safeguarding functions and treasury management.
Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks related to e-money institutions and safeguarding practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
