Our firm has a Field Service Technician opening with one of the fastest growing distributors in this space. The company has been in business over 50 years. This is an opportunity to learn and grow within the ranks of the service department within the company.

About the job:
• Inspect, diagnose perform repairs to customer’s equipment in-house on-site at customer locations. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment when needed.
• Maintain and manage parts inventory on your service truck. Prepare for field service jobs by loading the required materials and parts to perform work at customer location.
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues regarding equipment and repairs.
• Read and understand electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and drawings.
• Keep up to date with factory training, tech tips and service bulletins.
• Maintain detailed records and documents of equipment, including repair history.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements
• 2+ years experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems or experience heavy equipment maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment systems.
