Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Provide information, product knowledge, and solutions to address customer inquiries and concerns.

Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Sales Strategy Execution:

Implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for product or service improvements.

Report market insights and competitor information to the sales manager.

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and progress updates.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.

Product Knowledge:

Continuously update knowledge of the company's products or services and industry trends.

Be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products/services to potential clients.

Targets and Quotas:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to set achievable goals and objectives.
