Field executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Field Executive to support on-site operations, conduct field visits, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out various operational tasks outside the office, ensuring smooth field operations, and representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to assigned locations as per schedule.
Interact with customers/clients/vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
Collect and verify data/documents and submit accurate reports.
Monitor and ensure adherence to company processes and guidelines.
Provide daily updates and reports to the reporting manager.
Address customer complaints and escalate issues as required.
Coordinate with the backend/office team to resolve field-level concerns.
Assist in sales, marketing, survey, verification, or logistics tasks depending on the nature of the business.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,7+6.13 - ₹30,660.41 per month
