What success looks like in this role:
Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops and monitors.
Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.
Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.
Test and certify PCs.
Provide follow-up on problems, escalations and requests.
Maintain a high degree of professionalism.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout all transactions.
Ensure incident and request tickets are updated according with the ticketing system.
