About the Role:

Are you an excellent communicator fluent in Hindi, English and Tamil? Scalesforth is seeking a dedicated and motivated Female Telecaller to join our remote team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our clients, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Responsibilities:
• * Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in a professional and engaging manner.
• * Understand client needs and promote products/services accordingly.
• * Provide information about our company, products, and services.
• * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• * Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Required Skills:
• * Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Tamil languages.
• * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.
• * Ability to work independently and remotely.
• * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• * Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
