Equity Dealer cum back office : Roles Responsibilities:

The Equity Dealer cum Back Office Executive plays a crucial role in executing trades on behalf of clients, managing back-office operations, and facilitating the onboarding process for new clients. This position requires a combination of financial acumen, customer service skills, and attention to detail.

· Equity Trading Execution: Execute equity trades on various exchanges as per clients' instructions.

· Monitor market trends, analyze stock performance, and provide clients with relevant information to make informed investment decisions.

· Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by online or collecting necessary documents and information for opening trading demat account.

· Verify client details and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries related to trading activities, account status, and market conditions.

· Educate clients on various investment products and trading strategies.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

· Perform daily reconciliation of trades, settlements, and funds to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Coordinate with various departments to resolve trade-related issues promptly.

· Generate and maintain reports related to trading activities and client accounts.

· Risk Management: Monitor and manage risk associated with trading activities.

· Implement risk mitigation strategies and adhere to compliance guidelines.

Skills required:
• Should be certified in NISM / NCFM for Dealer’s module (or be willing to take the exam immediately)
• Strong Communication skills (Written and Verbal)

· Relevant experience in equity trading and back-office operations.

· Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading platforms.

· Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Power Point
• Knowledge of different trading platforms like Greek, Odin, NEAT is preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
