●Should have good knowledge is design software like Inventor, solid works. Solid edge

● Should have knowledge on drawing standards, GDT, ASME standards

● Should have goodacademic record

● Should have good communication skill

● Should have creative knowledge suitable for design

● Should be well versed in selection of mechanical components including motor, servo, bearings, LM rails, wheels, gears, oil seal etc

● Should be familiar in calculations in deriving design of shaft, gears, structural members, thermal heat etc

● Should have designed special purpose machines for any application

● Should have basic knowledge of FEA in inventor and solid edge software
