Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Department: Food and Beverage
Reports To: General Manager / Owner
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a motivated team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, optimizing profitability, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Operations Management
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including dining area, kitchen, and bar (if applicable).
• Ensure smooth daily service and resolve any operational challenges efficiently.
• Monitor inventory, ordering supplies and ingredients to meet demand.
• Customer Experience
• Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Develop initiatives to improve overall guest experience.
• Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, provide training, and encourage feedback.
• Schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage and manage labor costs.
• Financial Oversight
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieveQualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
