Fashion designer

We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing ethnic wear in wholesale manufacturing and a passion for creating unique and timeless pieces. Responsibilities: • Design and develop new collections of ethnic wear, including sarees, lehengas, suits, and other traditional garments. • Research and stay updated on the latest fashion trends and industry developments. • Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts. • Collaborate with the production team to ensure the successful execution of designs. • Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with the brand's aesthetic. • Attend fashion shows, trade fairs, and industry events to stay connected with the market. • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers. • Experience in managing wholesale manufacturing processes, including production planning, quality control, and vendor management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. • Minimum 7 years of experience in designing ethnic wear. • Strong understanding of Indian textiles, embroidery techniques, and traditional motifs. • Excellent design skills and a creative eye for color, pattern, and silhouette. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc.).
