Fashion Designer in Bangalore |Hybrid|
Key Responsibilities
• Conducting research on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demand
• Sketching designs, creating mood boards, and selecting fabrics, patterns, and colors to be used in production
• Presenting designs to clients, buyers, and other stakeholders, and making changes based on feedback
• Networking with other designers, buyers, and industry experts to stay current with industry trends and to build relationships
• Excellent creativity and imagination, with the ability to think outside the box
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience with managing a team of designers under you, guiding them and making sure the design standards are maintained
Culture and Work
• 3-4 days work in office from Banaswadi , Bangalore
• We are a small Gen Z team working together 6 days a week.
• We work between 11am to 7pm
