PASHMA is a luxury fashion brand renowned for its high-quality, unique clothing and accessories made from cashmere and noble natural fibers. As a Senior Woven Garment Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative designs that meet the brand's exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with senior designers to research seasonal trends, conceptualize creative designs, and develop prototypes for domestic and international markets.
• Execute the send-out process of development packages to vendors, including tech packs, layouts, and detail images, ensuring timely completion of samples.
• Coordinate sample materials, including yarns, fabrics, and trims, to ensure seamless production.
• Prepare design meetings and style outs, including line sheets, catalogs, and presentation materials.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in woven women's apparel design and creation of tech packs.
• Highly creative with excellent sketching abilities and a strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and finishes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professional proficiency in English language.
• Highly organized, task-oriented, business-driven, with project management and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure and work against tight deadlines.
