Job Title: Factory HR

Location: Sitapura, Jaipur

Experience Required: 1-3 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Position Overview:

As a Factory HR, you will play a crucial role in managing HR activities at our factory, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive work culture. Your responsibilities will encompass attendance and leave management, training and development, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Attendance and Leave Management:

- Monitor and manage employee attendance records.

- Handle leave applications and maintain accurate leave balances.

- Implement attendance policies and ensure compliance.

Training and Development:

- Identify training needs and organize training sessions for employees.

- Facilitate onboarding programs and continuous professional development.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Work Culture Maintenance:

- Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture.

- Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances promptly.

- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

HR Operations and Compliance:

- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and leave data.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Experience:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, particularly in attendance and leave management, training and development, and maintaining work culture.

Technical Skills:

- Proficient in using HR software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.

- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Organizational Skills:

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
