Job Title: Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team in Bangalore, India.
About the Role

This is a key position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate equipment requirements for new installations, ensuring power cable capacity and necessary materials are calculated accurately.
• Develop and oversee installation plans for power and compressed air connections for newly arrived machinery.
• Create and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all machinery and utilities, including weekly and monthly plans for key equipment like air compressors, UPS systems, and diesel generators.
• Implement preventive maintenance for electrical infrastructure such as distribution boards and control panels.
• Maintain records of machine maintenance activities, inspections, and ensure adherence to scheduled servicing. Coordinate with service providers and vendors for timely services.
• Oversee the maintenance of critical systems, including production machines, UPS systems, DG sets, water softeners, and plumbing systems.
• Manage fire safety systems, including extinguishers, hydrants, MCPs, and PA systems.
• Keep detailed vendor maintenance schedules for air compressors, UPS units, and DGs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need an engineering background (Diploma in Electrical Electronics) and at least 10 years of experience in facility management.
