Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fabric Store Manager at Powersutra in Gurugram. The Fabric and Trim Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fabric and trim department, ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining excellent quality standards, supporting design and production teams, and leading a team to meet the needs of internal and external customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, leadership ability, and a passion for textiles.
Qualifications
• Quality Control and Textiles skills
• Experience in Procurement and Negotiation
• Team Management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of fabric materials and production processes
• Previous experience in the fashion or textile industry is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or related field
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
• Monitor quality and quantity of incoming materials
• Work closely with design, sampling, and production teams to fulfill material requests quickly and accurately
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, shortages, usage patterns, and supplier performance
