Job Title: PYP Teacher (Primary Years Programme)
Job Description (Brief):
The PYP Teacher is responsible for implementing the International Baccalaureate Primary Years
Programme (IB PYP) for students aged 3 to 12, fostering a learner-centered, inquiry-based approach.
The teacher promotes international-mindedness, holistic development, and academic excellence
through transdisciplinary learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with the IB PYP framework.
Design and implement transdisciplinary units of inquiry.
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
Assess and document student learning through formative and summative assessments.
Create a positive, inclusive, and reflective learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and the school community.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Participate in ongoing professional development and IB workshops.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree with Degree or Diploma in Education or a relevant subject area.
Certification or experience in the IB PYP (preferred).
Understanding of inquiry-based and student-centered teaching methods.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Commitment to the IB philosophy and values.
Excellent English Communication and ICT Skills are mandatory

Job Description (Brief):
The EYP Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences
aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) framework for students in the early
years (typically ages 3–6). The teacher fosters a nurturing and inclusive environment that
promotes curiosity, independence, and holistic development—supporting cognitive, social,
emotional, and physical growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons using IB PYP pedagogy and the EYP curriculum.
Create a stimulating, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
Foster inquiry-based learning through play and exploration.
Assess student progress through observation, documentation, and formative
assessments.
Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and colleagues.
Collaborate with the PYP Coordinator and teaching team for curriculum planning and
implementation.
Participate in school events, professional development, and IB training as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree with Early Childhood Education or a related field.
IB EYP and PYP experience or training (preferred).
Knowledge of child development and inquiry-based learning.
Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
Passionate about early childhood education and international-mindedness.
Excellent English Communication and ICT Skills are mandatory
