Expert HR Consultant for Training
Job Overview
As an HR consultant, you will be working closely with our clients to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions.
You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including training and consulting responsibilities, communication responsibilities, and RD contribution.
Responsibilities:
• Train and consult clients on the usage of psychometrics and HR tools within organisational processes
• Handle client requests or queries and contribute to ensuring tasks are carried out effectively and on time
• Generate reports and analyses using custom LLMs
• Contribute to the Marketing and Communication department by writing articles, hosting webinars, podcasts and E-learning modules etc.
• Coordinate between RD and Marcom for the collaboration of content creation and product launches
• Contribute to the innovation of new Marcom materials
• Write technical content for our assessment and tools (product documentation, guides, product videos, etc.)
• Contribute to the development, revision implementation of our psychometric assessments and HR tools.
Your Background:
• A bachelor or master degree in HR, industrial/organizational psychology
• 2 + years of work experience in HR consulting (in the psychometrics sector or any related field)
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and platforms is a bonus
• Knowledge of assessments and talent development
• Strong organisation, communication and presentation (writing) skills
• Ability to present technical information to a non-technical audience
• Confidence and charisma - in order to be the face of video content, conduct webinars, presentations etc.
• Fluency in English; fluency in other language(s) is a bonus.
