JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for handling day to day HR operations related processes and executing assigned people initiatives.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Conduct Employee Onboarding
• Helping with designing and organizing employee engagement activities and key team events in order to build a strong organizational culture
• Handling day-to-day operational tasks
• Managing employee attendance
• Maintain internal HR systems (workday) and Employee trackers
• Working on HR Data analytics, collecting and analyzing the current data sets and helping in process improvements in HR domains.
• Address Employee queries relating to policies and processes
• Take care of Operational paperwork (Employment Agreement, Exit formalities etc)
• Manage formalities for Onboarding and exit
• Should have experience on payroll management compensation and benefits, retention strategies

KNOWLEDGE Skills
• Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources function
• Experience and knowledge of onboarding process, exit formalities, employee grievance handling, employee engagement activities
• Must have managed HR initiatives, ongoing HR functions
• Should have understanding of Performance Management
• Should have sound knowledge of learning development activities
• Positive thinker and can work on deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• MBA/PGDM Pass-out from reputed B-School
