Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Executive role located in Patan at Payworld. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operations related to financial services, digital transactions, and retail network management. They will also be involved in strategizing expansion plans, implementing new services, and ensuring operational efficiency within the organization.
Qualifications
• Financial Services and Retail Operations management skills
• Knowledge of digital transactions and fintech industry
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the financial inclusion sector is a plus
