Executive Secretary Business Development Assistant to Managing Director

Job Type: Full Time | Work from home ( with occasional travel )

Geographical location : Mumbai, Bangalore or Goa ( Must be in one of these cities )

About the Role

We are a growing Business Coaching and Export Development company working with business owners to help them grow sales, improve profitability, and stay competitive.
We’re looking for a capable Executive Secretary (ES) who can also assist in Business Development (BD) to support our Managing Director.

This is a multi-functional role requiring someone with excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Secretary Duties:

Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Business Coaches
Manage schedules, emails, files, and documents
Coordinate travel, appointments, and meetings
Assist in logistics for events and activities
Business Development Duties:

Coordinate with the digital marketing team to track and manage leads
Connect leads with Business Coaches and schedule follow-ups
Reach out to business associations, chambers of commerce and industries, BNI to facilitate Business Development
Research Business Owners and connect via email/ phone
Arrange appointments and follow-ups for Business Coaches
Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, and promotions
Handle hotel, transport, and event logistics
Maintain and update customer and lead database
Qualifications

- Computer literate ( emails, documents, spreadsheets, online tools )

- ⁠Excellent spoken and written English

- ⁠Prior experience in admin or coordination roles preferred

- ⁠Excellent interpersonal abilities

- ⁠Ability to work independently and Collaboratively

- ⁠Must have own transport and be willing to travel occasionally

- ⁠Female candidates preferred

- ⁠Must own a Laptop

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
