3) Job Duties and Responsibilities

· To represent the Brand Blum in proper way on field.

· To achieve Sales Target.

· To have competition price comparison done with our products, which will enable to sell.

· Should be able to sell a scheme in the market.

· Resolution of any and every issue/complaint of the customer

· Collection of the material given to customer on time.

· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

· Ensure the availability of stock for customers.

· Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences

4) Required Qualifications / Skills

o EDUCATION -

· Bachelor's degree in any field

o Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Graduation required.
• Good Analytical Skills.
• Good in mathematical calculations.

5) Preferred Qualifications / Skills

Prior work experience in Furniture Fittings company is added advantage
