Hiring for Asia's first exclusive curated luxury antique collectibles company, specializing in offering the finest art and artifacts for the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNI) and high-net-worth (HNI) clientele.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Executive Partner Operations Manager who will serve as a cornerstone of support in managing operational functions and partnering on executive initiatives for our luxury collectible art business. This role offers a distinctive blend of responsibilities, with a strong focus on client engagement, operational excellence, and seamless coordination across departments, ensuring the highest standards of service for our prestigious clientele.

Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a strategic liaison between the CEO and clients, partners, and internal departments, ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring seamless execution from inventory and logistics to client delivery.

• Uphold the brand’s standard of excellence in curating, preserving, and presenting collectible antiques and luxury artifacts.

• Manage confidential executive functions, including calendar coordination, meeting orchestration, and high-level communications.

• Lead the planning and execution of exclusive events, private exhibitions, and bespoke experiences for UHNW and HNW clients.

• After-sales service, cultivating long-term client relationships through thoughtful follow-ups and tailored recommendations.

• Support the curation process by understanding individual client aesthetics and delivering refined, bespoke acquisition guidance.

• Monitor performance metrics to optimize workflow, elevate service delivery, and support ongoing brand growth.

Skills Qualifications: • Proven experience as Gallery Manager / Brand Manager / Executive Assistant / Operations Manager, or similar role in a luxury, high end, or client-focused environment. • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on customer service and relationship management. • A keen interest in art, antiques, luxury collectibles or luxury market is highly desirable. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Microsoft office proficiency

Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in arts, history /heritage, hospitality/hotel management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience in the luxury or art-related sector is a plus.
