**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure their optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and promptly resolve them to minimize downtime.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and installations of mechanical components and systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the availability of necessary spare parts and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Monitor equipment performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition.
• *Job Requirements**:
- ITI, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Three (03) to five (05) years of experience in handling mechanical operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical equipment and systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques and practices.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
