As a seasoned executive, you will advise and counsel senior business leaders on strategic initiatives to drive growth and success. This involves providing expert guidance on organization design, operationalization of organizational models, and proactive risk management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with various stakeholders, including line of business teams and HR departments.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead key business initiatives, collaborate with global teams, and participate in strategic decision-making processes. They will also be responsible for managing employee relations, partnering with business units to mitigate risks, and ensuring effective cascading of HR policies across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need 15+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist position supporting Global Market Operations or Deep Domain Operations – investment Banking. Strong HR Business Partner experience is highly desirable, as well as extensive knowledge of client management around complex strategic HR issues. A Bachelor's Degree and SME expertise in the tech industry are essential.
