What are we looking for
We are looking for young, talented, energetic blood driven by passion, hunger to learn and explore to join the force.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for overall exceptional customer experience and customer delight .
Act as a trusted advisor for their product queries on various platforms like instagram, facebook,
website etc, via calls, whatsapp and emails.
Handle customer queries after delivery of order and help them with the status of their orders.
Manage custom orders.
Desired candidates portfolio
Any graduate with an excellent command over verbal and written english is welcome
Someone who understands “customer is king” and is not shy to initiate a conversation.
Working knowledge of Excel and Word will be a plus.
