Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Sylcon Group in Kochi. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the food preparation and cooking, menu planning, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring top-quality dining experiences for customers.
Qualifications
• Culinary Arts, Food Safety, and Menu Planning expertise
• Experience in managing kitchen operations and staff
• Creativity in culinary presentations and dishes
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants is a plus
• Culinary degree or certification
