Located in the heart of Lismore, Mary G's is a hotel/pub with a variety of trading spaces and bars, as well as a separate retail liquor business. Our team is a vibrant and eclectic group who are passionate about our business, but we also know how to have a good time and share some laughs while working hard during busy times.

• Experience working in a high-volume pub or restaurant environment

Salary: Salary based on experience: $73,500 per annum. Sponsorship available for the right candidate.

As a Chef, you will be part of a dynamic team that values camaraderie and dedication to delivering exceptional experiences. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to a high standard, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• HACCP food safety knowledge

• Flexible to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and evenings
