Full job description
Executive Assistance:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the Founders.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-up actions.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Assist in communication management (emails, calls, follow-ups, etc.).
Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.
Support in project coordination and report preparation.
Office Management:

Oversee overall office administration and maintenance.
Ensure inventory and office supplies are adequately stocked.
Manage vendor relationships for housekeeping, pantry, office equipment, and more.
Coordinate with IT/support vendors for hardware and software maintenance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the workplace.
Oversee courier/logistics arrangements and office asset tracking.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
