Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in New Delhi. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance to senior management, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel, and managing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will also provide general administrative assistance and complete special projects as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
• Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
• Experience in managing expense reports
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong administrative assistance and organization skills
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Previous experience in an executive assistant role is a plus
