Are you an organised, proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to support senior leadership in a dynamic environment?
We’re seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to provide critical support to the Executive Director, System Financial Performance and Deputy Chief Financial Officer. In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of contact, expertly managing calendars, correspondence, travel, meetings, and branch communications to ensure the Executive’s time is used effectively. You'll coordinate key administrative functions, streamline processes, and support a range of operational tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-level decision-making and play a pivotal role in driving the success of a system-wide finance function.
Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $99,938 - $110,271 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

What you'll be doing
This role will provide high-level administrative, secretariat and executive support to the Executive Director, System Financial Performance and Deputy CFO. As the central point of contact for the Executive, you will:
Coordinate the Executive’s diary, travel, meetings, and correspondence to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Review and prepare documents and correspondence for quality and accuracy, including those requiring Executive signature
Manage the branch’s shared mailbox and tracking systems to ensure timely and organised communication
Support core administrative functions such as onboarding/offboarding, maintaining distribution lists, and managing approvals
Contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring and refining administrative systems and procedures
Provide responsive support to the Executive Director and wider team to help meet strategic and operational objectives.
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in managing multiple tasks and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling tasks and sensitive information.
Experience in a similar Executive Assistant roles would be highly-regarded.
