Executive Assistant to Principal
**Principal Office Working**:
- Manage and implement the strategic goals, objectives, policies and systems pertaining to Principal Office Department.
- Identifies and optimizes Office working and ensuring alignment with the Institute vision, mission and values.
- Oversee and manage day to day Principal Office activities and services and ensure seamless working. Accountable for implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards for the department.
• *Communication Public Relations**:
- Act as the point of contact between Principal and external world, responding promptly as per Principals instructions.
- Handling meetings and visits with staff or external visitors in a polite, firm organized manner.
- Dealing with public, the press, local authorities and related organizations manage organizational communication.
• *Project Management**:
- Assist and coordinate with internal departments and vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to
management as needed.
• *Audit, Review and Compliance**:
- Conduct internal audits under supervision of Principal to monitor departments effectiveness,
compliances with all applicable Departmental SOPs and regulations.
- Prepare and present internal review and audit reports and documents.
- Work in compliance with Institute policies and appropriate regulations. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Ensure Principal Office team follows standard guidelines and statutory compliance; and maintain accurate and clear documentation for procedures and activities.
• *Research Analysis**:
- With direct supervision, support, manage and execute all aspects of an Institutions research and development related projects, objectives, and initiatives.
- Compiles, validates, organizes, and updates research data findings.
- Partner with other departments or consulting firms to perform research or other applicable studies or support.
• *Salary**: ₹15,000.48 - ₹20,000.87 per month
