Position: Executive Assistant to Director
Job Summary:
As an Executive Assistant to the Director of the Travel Industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting the director in managing the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of the travel organization. Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and provide regular progress updates to the director.
Responsibilities:
• Managing director's Yearly Travel Calendar designing Travel Plans schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and calls accordingly.
• Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation Schedule, prepare agendas take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items as necessary.
• Act as a single point of contact between the director and Branch Offices.
• Work according to the directors' time zone while he is on travel.
• Ensure effective communication flow Update information to Dept Vice Versa.
• Managing Personal Expenses for Office related Requirements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional verbal written communication skills with Strong attention to detail problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of the director
