Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support HR operations such as onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Help in drafting HR-related documents, policies, and communication.
Assist in performance management and employee feedback collection.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Assist in content creation for social media, emails, and marketing campaigns.
Help in managing digital marketing activities, including social media postings and website updates.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support in organizing marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners for marketing initiatives.
Skills Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
